Advisory Board.
Bradley Spalter
Bradley Spalter is a Grammy Award winning music producer, whose career includes producing Babyface, Christina Milian, O-Town, Latoya London, Maya, Gladys Knight. He has also worked with Aaron Carter, Pussycat Dolls, Andy Vargas and many more. Considered a musical genius by many, as a songwriter Spalter is a prolific creator of amazing lyrics and melodies. With four (4) Grammy nominations for his work, Bradley is definitely a “pop songwriter” with cross genre appeal. Bradley’s music has covered virtually every type of singer in variety of musical genres. His ability to write and produce songs that organically connect with listeners makes Bradley Spalter one of the truly great songwriters.
“You can close your eyes but you can’t turn off your ears. When I heard Max Sound for the first time with one of my own songs, everything that I couldn’t hear in my state of the art recording studio suddenly became crystal clear, and I breathed a sigh of relief that finally, music could be brought back to the true hi-fidelity that consumers were really meant to hear” – Bradley Spalter
Fred Walecki
Since the 1960’s, Westwood Music and its owner have been at the center of rock and roll legend making. The stories of Fred Walecki are well known in the Global music scene, like the time the Rolling Stones went to see Sonny and Brownie at the Ash Grove, driven by Fred in his mom’s station wagon. Or when Bernie Leadon promised to stand good for a Westwood Music charge account for his new band, which had come up with the questionable name of “The Eagles.”
“My family has been in the music business for many years” said Fred Walecki. “We have been providing musicians with the best equipment and instruments we could get our hands on since 1947, but never in the past 40 years, including when CD’s came out, have I heard audio sound as good is it does with Max Sound’s HD process outside of a recording studio. They truly have their hands on a ready to deploy breakthrough technology that I believe will revolutionize the music industry and I am excited to join their advisory board and help make several key introductions that could lead to some tremendous partnerships.”
Years ago Fred Walecki was diagnosed with throat cancer, and because of the strong relationships he had in the music business, long time friend Glyn Johns (Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart, etc.) formed a benefit concert that was held in his name to help raise funds for the substantial medical costs. Due to the response they had to add a second day to the venue. Close friends and performers at this concert included Don Henley, Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Brown, Randy Meisner, Spinal Tap, Jeff Bridges, David Crosby, Graham Nash, Linda Ronstadt, Emmylou Harris, Warren Zevon, Ry Cooder, Albert Lee, Colin Hay and many others.

It’s literally a fractal re-birth of the sound, an actual artificial re-creation of the waveform.”
Mr. Serafine is also a developer of professional apps with Apple Computers and a sponsored artist with companies such as AJA, Samson, and Sony. As an advisory board member, he will be assisting Max Sound in every way possible to help HD Audio become an industry standard.

50% here, 50% there...pretty soon it all starts to add up !
Just kidding, yesterday it traded a handful of shares and was up 100% (at $0.80) at one point in the day. We are wondering how in the world the hedge fund was able to buy 900,000 shares ?

Disclaimer: Important Distinction #1. First and foremost the Watch List is
just that. A watch list. It is not a buy list. Meaning that there will be
no buys or sales issued by the Internet Stock Review. If this was a buy
list, you can rest assured that we would crank up our Public Relations arm
into high gear, full speed ahead and damn the torpedoes to make everyone
know just how brilliant we were when we issued the list. Interviews on
CNBC, articles in Barron's and accolades in the Wall Street Journal--the
only thing we love more than money is praise and fame--but it just isn't
going to happen. What the Internet Stock Review is...is a "news
aggregation service". With the advent of the Internet, everyone knows what
that term means. What it means to us is the following: We will follow the
progress of as many Internet related publicly traded stocks as humanly
possible (The large, the small and the minuscule) and advise you of when
they have reported news. As a subscriber to the Internet Stock Review,
this means you will be able to broadly follow the entire industry right
from a single e-mail. We will report who released news and point (with
hyper links) to where the news can be found. We try to use Yahoo! Finance
as extensively as possible so we don't send you all over cyberspace. We
love Yahoo, you will too. Any decisions as to buy or sell however, are
strictly up to you. Which leads to important distinction #2. How do we get
paid? The Internet Stock Review is owned by a Public Relations firm
(Institutional Analyst Inc.) that specializes in getting (or creating)
coverage for publicly traded companies. As such, is important to note that
anytime we say anything about a company, it is because the company is a
client of our parent company, or because we would like them to be a client
of our parent company. In a nutshell, you can throw out any thoughts of us
being even a little bit impartial. It just ain't gonna happen. We love
everyone. Final note is we that have over 20,000 subscribers so please
excuse our dust. Institutional Analyst Inc. is an independent research and
investor-relations consulting firm that publishes investment-research
