Blog Version:
1. Max Sound Press Release (MAXD) $0.54.
We're up a rather impressive 79% in Max Sound (MAXD), since adding it to the Watch List on 9/23 at $0.29. That'd put as a top ranked performer on the Watch List. In fact, it jumped to 11th on the list. Let's see what the list looks like (top 10) after the recent market correction. We'll toss in (peak) price, so you can better see extent of pullback in prices.
1. Expedia (EXPE) $7.85 to $27 up 252% ($31 peak)
2. NetAPP (NTAP) $12 to $37 up 210% ($60 peak)
3. ValueClick (VLCK) $5.50 to $16.50 up 202% ($18 peak)
4. SINA Corp (SINA) $25 to $76 up 197% ($142 peak)

10. Akamai (AKAM) $11 to $23 up 105% ($54 peak)
11. Max Sound (MAXD) $0.52 up from $0.29 up 79%
Chart:

Wow, asides from SINA (SINA) and Akamai (AKAM) which were both cut in half and VirnetX (VHC), which had a fabulous run from $6.50 to $39 -- most of the names are not too far off their peak price.
News out today on our coverage report.
Internet Stock Review Initiates Coverage on Max Sound.
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Max Sound Corporation (MAXD), the provider of breakthrough high definition audio solutions, announced today the Institutional Analyst's "Internet Stock Review" has initiated coverage and has prepared a twelve page report on the company, entitled "Is Max Sound the New Dolby?"
"We are excited to have coverage begin, as we establish our popularity with companies in the broadcasting, movies, music, gaming and cellular industries," said John Blaisure, CEO of Max Sound. "The Internet Stock Review and its sister publication the "Hollywood Stock Review" will be reporting on our progress, as we succeed in having major content owners convert their music and movie libraries, into our proprietary HD Audio format that hands down provides the most accurate reproduction to the original recordings attainable today. We feel confident that it will be quickly recognized by both consumers and content owners, as the new "must have" format in the coming months and years ahead."
"Max Sound has the potential to re-energize the entire music industry by significantly enhancing the quality of the audio files through their HD Audio process, in a way that was simply not possible until now. After hearing the demos, we were instantly astounded by the clarity and the restoration of today's heavily compressed mp3s," said Roland Rick Perry, Institutional Analyst's chief analyst. "The enhancement was to such a degree that moments after hearing it, we quickly envisioned the potential for every single original recording of every music library in existence to be converted. What's most exciting though is their potential to help re-energize the entire music industry, much in the same way past hardware upgrades did. When the industry moved from cassette to CD, all collectors of the Beatles for example, had to buy the CD format, which enabled the record companies to sell the same work twice, to the same consumer generating billions of dollars in CD sales in the process. If Max Sound is able to earn a digital derivative royalty rate on every song converted, their potential is clearly limitless. We are excited to be providing coverage, right as they begin to roll-out the technology."
Max Sound is to audio what HD (High Definition) is to video. The Max Sound HD Audio Process can convert any audio file to high definition quality while maintaining its existing format without encoding or decoding, significantly reducing the file size to benefit bandwidth providers.

Disclaimer: Important Distinction #1. First and foremost the Watch List is
just that. A watch list. It is not a buy list. Meaning that there will be
no buys or sales issued by the Internet Stock Review. If this was a buy
list, you can rest assured that we would crank up our Public Relations arm
into high gear, full speed ahead and damn the torpedoes to make everyone
know just how brilliant we were when we issued the list. Interviews on
CNBC, articles in Barron's and accolades in the Wall Street Journal--the
only thing we love more than money is praise and fame--but it just isn't
going to happen. What the Internet Stock Review is...is a "news
aggregation service". With the advent of the Internet, everyone knows what
that term means. What it means to us is the following: We will follow the
progress of as many Internet related publicly traded stocks as humanly
possible (The large, the small and the minuscule) and advise you of when
they have reported news. As a subscriber to the Internet Stock Review,
this means you will be able to broadly follow the entire industry right
from a single e-mail. We will report who released news and point (with
hyper links) to where the news can be found. We try to use Yahoo! Finance
as extensively as possible so we don't send you all over cyberspace. We
love Yahoo, you will too. Any decisions as to buy or sell however, are
strictly up to you. Which leads to important distinction #2. How do we get
paid? The Internet Stock Review is owned by a Public Relations firm
(Institutional Analyst Inc.) that specializes in getting (or creating)
coverage for publicly traded companies. As such, is important to note that
anytime we say anything about a company, it is because the company is a
client of our parent company, or because we would like them to be a client
of our parent company. In a nutshell, you can throw out any thoughts of us
being even a little bit impartial. It just ain't gonna happen. We love
everyone. Final note is we that have over 20,000 subscribers so please
excuse our dust. Institutional Analyst Inc. is an independent research and
investor-relations consulting firm that publishes investment-research
reports such as The Internet Stock Review on independently selected
companies. While it is its intent to identify and research companies that
it believes might prove to be profitable investments, The Internet Stock
